Egg Farmers of Canada (EFC) is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join the Operations team in a dynamic and complex work environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-5 years’ of experience in business analysis and will be responsible for providing analysis, reports, and recommendations with respect to EFC’s operational requirements. Working in the Business Management unit in a team of four, the Operations Business Analyst will be comfortable working with Excel and analyzing data to understand and solve business problems. The Business Management unit is responsible for projects that require coordination across the industry with a focus on operational efficiency and change, including processor pricing, industry data, and database improvements.
EFC is currently recruiting for two Operations Business Analysts to join our team. Levels of responsibility within each role will be commensurate with experience.
